My Story (so far).

My love for the water began before I can even remember. I was born in Sydney, Australia, an American citizen born abroad to a very international family. From the time I was just a month old, Sundays meant time in the water with my dad, either at Bondi Beach or at the local pool. Those early mornings in the ocean created a sense of comfort and belonging that has stayed with me my entire life.

When my family moved to Boston, Massachusetts, I was four years old. A year later, during one of our usual Sunday swims at the YMCA in Andover, I saw a synchronized swimming competition taking place in the main pool. I remember stopping in my tracks, completely mesmerized by the music, athleticism, and artistry. I turned to my dad and said, “I want to do that.” The next day, I signed up, and from the first time I put on a nose clip and dove in, I was hooked.

Training at ANA YMCA under Coach Svetlana Malinovskaya laid the foundation for my discipline and work ethic. Later, under Coach Leah Pinnate, I developed not only as an athlete but also as a competitor and performer. Those years were filled with national titles, including back-to-back U.S. National Championships in Solo and Figures. More importantly, they built confidence, resilience, and belief in my potential.

In 2018, I became the youngest athlete to join the U.S. Senior National Team and moved to California to train full-time. During this period, I balanced intense international competition with completing high school online through Laurel Springs Academy, graduating with strong academic standing while training six days a week. That chapter of my life required independence, adaptability, and perseverance, lessons that shaped me far beyond athletics.

Ohio State marked one of the most meaningful chapters of my journey. Earning a full scholarship allowed me to pursue both elite sport and higher education at the highest level. Under Coach Holly Vargo-Brown, I continued to grow as a leader and teammate, earning recognition as the 2023 U.S. Collegiate High Point Athlete of the Year. At the same time, I discovered a true passion for marketing. I became fascinated by how brands tell stories, build community, and create authentic connections. Through experiences connected with Nike and OSU programs, I gained exposure to the business side of sport and began to see how my athletic background could translate into a professional future.

Representing Team USA and earning an Olympic silver medal has been one of the greatest honors of my life. What means just as much are the lessons in humility, teamwork, leadership, and gratitude. The support of my family, coaches, teammates, and the Ohio State community has grounded me and reminded me that success is built collectively.

At this juncture in early 2026, I remain focused on pursuing new opportunities at the Olympic level while continuing to build toward a long-term career in marketing within the sports industry. I am committed to growing both as an athlete and as a professional, leveraging the experience I have gained representing Team USA alongside the strong academic foundation Ohio State has provided me. My goal is to help brands connect authentically with athletes and audiences through strategic storytelling and purpose-driven engagement. As I continue striving for excellence in the pool, I am equally intentional about preparing for a future where I can translate those experiences into meaningful impact beyond competition.
